一、別墅特點概述 
 隨(sui)著(zhu)人民生活水(shui)平的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷提(ti)(ti)高,人們對(dui)居住(zhu)條件的(de)(de)要求(qiu)也在不(bu)(bu)斷提(ti)(ti)高,不(bu)(bu)斷追求(qiu)舒適(shi)(shi)、天然(ran)、環保的(de)(de)居住(zhu)環境。空(kong)調的(de)(de)選用不(bu)(bu)應(ying)當是盲目的(de)(de)隨(sui)波(bo)逐流(liu),不(bu)(bu)加(jia)任何(he)考慮的(de)(de)使(shi)用新(xin)能源新(xin)技術,而是在一定的(de)(de)技術經濟的(de)(de)比較下選擇(ze)更(geng)為適(shi)(shi)合建筑(zhu)和適(shi)(shi)合建筑(zhu)所在地(di)域的(de)(de)氣候和人文條件的(de)(de)空(kong)調方(fang)式。

低(di)溫輻射地板(ban)采(cai)暖是利用(yong)低(di)溫熱(re)水向(xiang)房間(jian)供(gong)暖,許多成功案例證明:當各種不同(tong)的采(cai)暖系(xi)統(tong)實現相同(tong)的熱(re)舒適性時,其耗能(neng)(neng)度明顯不同(tong),與(yu)其他方式相比,地板(ban)采(cai)暖系(xi)統(tong)可節能(neng)(neng) 10%~40%,其優(you)越性可見(jian)一(yi)般。為(wei)了節約(yue)常規能(neng)(neng)源,減(jian)少燃燒污染物向(xiang)環(huan)境的排放,將地板(ban)采(cai)暖工程熱(re)源由傳(chuan)統(tong)的鍋爐供(gong)熱(re)替代為(wei)太陽能(neng)(neng)加輔助熱(re)源的供(gong)熱(re)方式,具(ju)有十分重(zhong)要的節能(neng)(neng)意義,也符(fu)合(he)我國低(di)碳經濟(ji)的發展戰略。 

 

根據別墅的(de)建筑特點(dian),別墅一(yi)般為三層,地下一(yi)層,地上兩(liang)層,配(pei)有客廳、臥(wo)室(shi)、衛生間、休閑區、棋牌室(shi)、健身(shen)區、影(ying)視廳、書房(fang)、工人房(fang)等。設(she)計總冷(leng)負荷為155.9kw,總熱負荷為69.3kw。夏季中央空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong)多采用智能化(hua)中央空調系(xi)統(tong)(tong);冬季供暖設(she)計選用地板(ban)輻(fu)射采暖形(xing)式(shi),熱源為太陽能+燃氣(qi)鍋爐輔助(zhu);集中供生活熱水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用燃氣(qi)鍋爐輔助(zhu)太陽能集熱器制生活熱水。 

 

 

二、設計參數 

1、中央(yang)空調設計參數 

(1)室(shi)外氣象參數:夏(xia)季(ji):干(gan)球(qiu)36.4℃,濕(shi)球(qiu)28.3℃;冬季(ji):干(gan)球(qiu)-3℃,相對濕(shi)度(du)74%。 

(2)室(shi)內(nei)設計參數(按舒適性空(kong)調):夏季:室(shi)內(nei)溫度 26±2℃,相對(dui)濕度<60%;冬季:室(shi)內(nei)溫度20±2℃。 

 

 

2、地板采暖計(ji)算參數 

室外計算溫度(du):-3℃ 

室(shi)內計算溫(wen)度(du):供(gong)暖區(qu)域溫(wen)度(du)20℃;設計供(gong)/回(hui)水溫(wen)度(du)45℃/38℃,系(xi)統(tong)工作(zuo)壓力0.4mpa。 

 

 

三、方案介紹 

1、中央(yang)空(kong)調系(xi)統 

根據建筑(zhu)物內(nei)(nei)房間(jian)(jian)的特點,二層(ceng)房間(jian)(jian)多為(wei)臥室,而地(di)下(xia)一層(ceng)和一層(ceng)的房間(jian)(jian)功能(neng)多樣化,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)頻率較二層(ceng)高,故將別墅分(fen)成兩個分(fen)區設置(zhi)空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統,既可以(yi)充分(fen)利用(yong)(yong)空(kong)調(diao)資源(yuan),同(tong)時(shi)又(you)降低了運行費用(yong)(yong)。空(kong)調(diao)末端為(wei)配(pei)合室內(nei)(nei)裝(zhuang)潢全部(bu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)超薄型天花板(ban)內(nei)(nei)藏直吹(chui)式(shi)室內(nei)(nei)機(ji)(ji),多數(shu)采用(yong)(yong)側送下(xia)回的氣(qi)流組織形式(shi),少數(shu)房間(jian)(jian)安裝(zhuang)風(feng)管和雙(shuang)層(ceng)百葉(xie)送風(feng)口送風(feng),如衛生間(jian)(jian)、健身房等(deng)。為(wei)保(bao)證室內(nei)(nei)空(kong)氣(qi)品質,每層(ceng)還配(pei)備小(xiao)風(feng)量新風(feng)處理機(ji)(ji)一臺,該(gai)新風(feng)機(ji)(ji)可和空(kong)調(diao)室內(nei)(nei)機(ji)(ji)一同(tong)連接在(zai)室外機(ji)(ji)上,在(zai)降低系(xi)統成本的同(tong)時(shi),也有效(xiao)減少了室外機(ji)(ji)的安裝(zhuang)空(kong)間(jian)(jian)。同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)保(bao)證室內(nei)(nei)正壓,在(zai)外墻窗口等(deng)處設置(zhi)了數(shu)個排風(feng)機(ji)(ji)。 

 

2、太(tai)陽能(neng)供暖/熱水組合(he)系(xi)統 

太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)供暖/熱(re)水組合系(xi)統(tong)是(shi)(shi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)和其他輔(fu)助(zhu)熱(re)源,既能(neng)(neng)(neng)為家(jia)庭提(ti)供生活熱(re)水又(you)能(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)于供暖的聯合系(xi)統(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)和傳統(tong)太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)熱(re)水系(xi)統(tong)相比更復雜,但其優點是(shi)(shi)在地板采暖上也利(li)用(yong)(yong)了太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)這種低品位熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。 

低溫輻射地板(ban)采(cai)暖是以溫度不高(gao)于60℃的熱水(shui)為熱媒,在(zai)加熱管內(nei)循環流動,加熱地板(ban),通過地面以輻射和對流的傳(chuan)熱方式(shi)向室內(nei)供(gong)熱的供(gong)暖方式(shi)。地板(ban)采(cai)暖以其舒(shu)適(shi)、節能和衛(wei)生等優點受(shou)到消費者的喜愛。 

本(ben)方(fang)案采(cai)用(yong)以“太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)為主(zhu)導供(gong)暖熱(re)(re)源(yuan)+燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)熱(re)(re)水鍋(guo)(guo)爐輔(fu)助供(gong)熱(re)(re)”的方(fang)式(shi)采(cai)暖,燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)鍋(guo)(guo)爐是當太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)不能(neng)(neng)滿(man)足系(xi)統(tong)供(gong)熱(re)(re)時的補充熱(re)(re)源(yuan)。本(ben)系(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)的太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)集熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)為平板(ban)型(xing)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)集熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi),由透明玻璃(li)蓋板(ban)、吸熱(re)(re)板(ban)、換熱(re)(re)管和(he)(he)絕熱(re)(re)材料組成,該種集熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)單位集熱(re)(re)面(mian)積大、得熱(re)(re)量高、承壓性能(neng)(neng)和(he)(he)熱(re)(re)傳遞(di)性能(neng)(neng)好、后期維護費用(yong)低,適用(yong)于低溫利用(yong)。 

為保證太陽(yang)能作為主(zhu)導(dao)供(gong)暖(nuan)熱(re)(re)源,v-c 別墅(shu)太陽(yang)能地板(ban)采(cai)暖(nuan)系(xi)統(tong)在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時采(cai)用的(de)平板(ban)太陽(yang)能集熱(re)(re)器(qi)單(dan)塊(kuai)(kuai)的(de)吸熱(re)(re)面積為1m2,吸收率95%,熱(re)(re)容量3.06kj,但考慮到地板(ban)采(cai)暖(nuan)滿負荷使(shi)(shi)用的(de)情(qing)況較少,故在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時選(xuan)取(qu)了滿負荷的(de) 60%,以(yi)減少太陽(yang)能集熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用量,降低(di)系(xi)統(tong)成本。系(xi)統(tong)使(shi)(shi)用60 塊(kuai)(kuai)平板(ban)型太陽(yang)能集熱(re)(re)器(qi),南向安(an)裝,傾角40o,吸熱(re)(re)總面積60m2。集熱(re)(re)器(qi)系(xi)統(tong)分兩個分區(qu),采(cai)用并(bing)聯連接,每個分區(qu)由30 塊(kuai)(kuai)集熱(re)(re)器(qi)串(chuan)聯而成。 

太陽(yang)能集(ji)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)加(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)供水(shui)(shui)溫度(du)后(hou)送(song)入(ru)(ru)儲水(shui)(shui)箱中,利用水(shui)(shui)泵將(jiang)熱(re)水(shui)(shui)送(song)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)地板采暖系統中的分(fen)水(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi),分(fen)水(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)將(jiang)熱(re)水(shui)(shui)送(song)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)各個房間進(jin)行供暖,放(fang)熱(re)后(hou)的水(shui)(shui)再進(jin)入(ru)(ru)集(ji)水(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi),回(hui)到儲水(shui)(shui)箱,再送(song)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)太陽(yang)能集(ji)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行加(jia)熱(re);當(dang)太陽(yang)能不能提供系統的全部能量時,燃氣鍋爐啟動加(jia)熱(re)供水(shui)(shui),整個系統由太陽(yang)能控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)控制(zhi)。 

按《地(di)(di)面(mian)輻射供(gong)暖技術規程(cheng)》(jgj142-2004)要求地(di)(di)板采暖中地(di)(di)面(mian)溫度一般在(zai)24℃左右。通過對各個房(fang)間的供(gong)水溫度計算可得(de),所有房(fang)間的供(gong)暖熱(re)水水溫約為42℃,故供(gong)暖系統的設計供(gong)/回水溫度為45℃/38℃。 

房間(jian)內盤管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)采用(yong)回(hui)折型敷設(she)方(fang)式;加熱管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)采用(yong)交聯聚乙(yi)烯管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(pex-a 管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan))。地下(xia)一層均設(she)防(fang)潮層,衛(wei)生間(jian)、廚房另(ling)設(she)防(fang)水層。各層樓板(ban)(ban)上部的(de)加熱管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)之(zhi)下(xia),以(yi)及沿墻內側的(de)周邊(bian),均鋪設(she)絕(jue)熱層,絕(jue)熱層采用(yong)聚苯(ben)(ben)乙(yi)烯泡沫塑料(liao)板(ban)(ban),保(bao)溫層厚度:地下(xia)一層30mm 厚,其他層20mm 厚,外墻周邊(bian)10mm;保(bao)溫層材料(liao)使用(yong)聚苯(ben)(ben)乙(yi)烯板(ban)(ban)。

 

 

 

四、設計總結 

v-c戶(hu)型(xing)別(bie)墅是(shi)一(yi)棟(dong)集休(xiu)閑娛樂于一(yi)體的高端型(xing)別(bie)墅,內部房間功能多(duo)樣,故在設(she)計上,選(xuan)取(qu)了中央(yang)(yang)空調系(xi)(xi)統和地板(ban)采(cai)暖系(xi)(xi)統。中央(yang)(yang)空調系(xi)(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)聯機系(xi)(xi)統,在客廳設(she)置了集中控(kong)制器(qi),便(bian)于遙(yao)控(kong)臥室或(huo)其(qi)他房間的溫度;臥室內配備無(wu)線遙(yao)控(kong)器(qi),更加人性(xing)化;在空調系(xi)(xi)統分區方面(mian),綜合考慮了空調設(she)備和房間的使(shi)用(yong)率等(deng)問題,將別(bie)墅分為上下兩(liang)區,便(bian)于管理和控(kong)制。 

地(di)板采暖(nuan)(nuan)不同(tong)于空(kong)調送風供暖(nuan)(nuan)或暖(nuan)(nuan)氣片供暖(nuan)(nuan),地(di)板采暖(nuan)(nuan)沒(mei)有(you)空(kong)氣對流,室(shi)內(nei)空(kong)氣更加清潔;供暖(nuan)(nuan)房間內(nei)溫度(du)分布均勻,且室(shi)溫是由下而上(shang)逐漸降低,給人以腳溫頭涼的(de)(de)舒適(shi)感覺。與此同(tong)時(shi),使(shi)用(yong)太(tai)陽能(neng)作為熱源,有(you)效(xiao)地(di)減少了(le)一次(ci)性能(neng)源的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)。除(chu)空(kong)調和(he)采暖(nuan)(nuan)外,還設(she)計了(le)中(zhong)央(yang)吸(xi)塵系(xi)統(tong)和(he)中(zhong)央(yang)凈水系(xi)統(tong)。總體(ti)來(lai)說,本次(ci)暖(nuan)(nuan)通空(kong)調設(she)計充分考慮戶主對室(shi)內(nei)溫度(du)和(he)舒適(shi)度(du)的(de)(de)嚴苛要求,體(ti)現了(le)客戶追求高品質(zhi)生活的(de)(de)特點。
